Our Cottage
Built in 2019, Zee by the Sea was designed by local, award winning and nationally recognized architects, Carey WcWhorter and Anthony Vallee of MVR Design. Their numerous contributions can be felt in every community along our beautiful, scenic highway 30A and other parts of Walton county. We consider it an honor to own one of their designs.
This stylishly decorated and lovingly cared for 4 bed / 4.5 bath cottage is perfect for families. Each bedroom contains an en suite full bathroom. Luxury interior and exterior features include wood and tile floors throughout, quartz countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, marble showers, tankless water heater, Kitchen-Aid appliances, additional ice maker to fill your coolers, barn doors, shiplap, wainscoting, designer light fixtures, beautiful artwork, and a gas grill.
